Dr. Katie Brueggen
Hi, I’m Katie—the veterinarian behind Backroads Vet Services, LLC.
I started this mobile practice with a simple goal: to make veterinary care more accessible, less stressful, and more personal for the families and pets I serve. Growing up in and working within rural communities, I understand how challenging it can be to access consistent, quality care—and I wanted to change that.
I take a calm, practical approach to medicine and believe the best care comes from taking the time to listen, explain, and work together with pet owners. Every visit is about meeting you where you are and helping you make the best decisions for your animal’s health and comfort.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, baking, crafting, and being with family and friends.
Jaime, CVT
Jaime joins our team with 15 years of experience as a Certified Veterinary Technician after graduating in 2011. She has always had a passion for animals even from a young age. She has a special soft spot for our Pitbull and feline patients. When not at work she enjoys horseback riding, raising shorthorn cattle with her husband and two daughters and gardening.
